Roosh manufactures, markets and supplies perfumes, fragrances and related products. The website may be used for retail purchases, wholesale and distributor enquiries, corporate enquiries, private-label enquiries, contract manufacturing enquiries and other services offered by Roosh. Different terms may apply to wholesale, private label, custom-manufacturing or other B2B transactions.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts, introduce harmful software, use the website fraudulently, impersonate Roosh or another person, or reproduce protected content without authorisation. Roosh may restrict access where fraud, abuse, security risks or unlawful activity are reasonably suspected.

Roosh makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes, fragrance information and prices are accurate. Images may differ slightly from physical products due to lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging updates or reasonable production variations. Minor variations that do not materially affect the nature, quality or intended use of a product do not necessarily constitute defects.

Descriptions of fragrance notes, longevity, projection, character and performance are general guidance. Experience may vary according to skin chemistry, temperature, environment, application method and individual perception. A difference in personal preference does not by itself mean the product is defective.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. Roosh may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or listing error occurred, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, or fulfilment would violate applicable law. If Roosh cancels an order after payment has been collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise indicated. Applicable UAE VAT will be included or displayed as required. Delivery charges and other applicable fees will be disclosed before order confirmation.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payment may be processed by third-party providers and orders may be subject to verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Roosh Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

The Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Eligible retail products may be returned for change of mind within 14 calendar days from delivery, provided they remain unused, unopened, sealed, in original packaging and otherwise satisfy the Policy. Opened or used fragrances are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. These restrictions do not limit mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy will ordinarily apply.

Promotions and discount codes may have additional conditions such as validity periods, eligible products, minimum purchases and usage limits. Promotional conditions do not override mandatory consumer rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including the Roosh name, logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, product presentation, packaging artwork, text and videos, belong to or are licensed to Roosh. No commercial reproduction or exploitation is permitted without written authorisation.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and providing accurate information. Please notify Roosh promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Personal information is processed according to the Roosh Privacy Policy and applicable UAE law. The Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used.

Submitting a wholesale, distributor or corporate enquiry does not create a binding agreement. Prices, MOQ, payment terms, territories, delivery terms, exclusivity and other commercial conditions must be agreed separately. No distributor, agency, franchise or exclusivity right arises merely from purchasing products or submitting an enquiry.

Private-label projects are additionally governed by the Roosh Private Label & Contract Manufacturing Terms. Website descriptions are informational and do not constitute binding manufacturing offers. Project-specific quotations, purchase orders or agreements prevail for the relevant project to the extent of any inconsistency.

Roosh may use third parties for payments, delivery, hosting, analytics, marketing and other services. Roosh is not responsible for independent third-party websites or practices outside its control, subject to liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Roosh is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or misuse of products.

Roosh will not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruption, war, civil disturbance, major technical failures, epidemics or comparable events, subject to applicable law.

Roosh may update these Terms when its business, website, services or legal requirements change. The current version and revision date will be published on the website.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules, disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
